Default Photo Viewer
When I open a picture off a CD my Dell computer opens the file with Dell Image Expert Software. However, I would like the computer to use Microsoft PictureIt! Photo 7.0 all the time to view/edit pictures.
What settings to I change on my computer so that Dell Image Expert Software is no longer the default picture viewer.

Right-click on one of the pictures and choose "Open with" from the context menu. Click the "Choose program" link, scroll down the list of applications, select PictureIt Photo then check the box at the bottom of that dialog that tells Windows to always use that application to open that file type.
