Dell Escalation Matrix India

Hi,

I'm looking for the DELL escalation matrix. I want to escalate about the refurbished parts that are replaced in warranty. This is the third time that a part malfunctioned in my laptop. I'm not sure what is the life of refurbished parts. My warranty would expire in couple of months, if these faulty parts stopped working then who would be responsible for these non-working parts.

So, Please share the escalation matrix. I'm sure a lot of people must be facing this same issue.

thanks!

The forum is for USA not for EMEA and not for Service or Escalation issues.  This is a user forum not contact with dell support.

Who says the forum is for the US only? The terms and conditions say the following "Limitations on Use. Except as otherwise indicated on a particular site, the Site is a community geared towards users of Dell products and services. This Site is controlled and operated by Dell. Dell makes no representation that materials available on the Site are appropriate in every country, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site are responsible for compliance with local laws." Maybe you need to read them, as well as changing the typeface in your replies so that it is not excessively large.

Please go back to your original incorrect response and consider an apology - this forum is not specifically for US Dell customers - equally EMEA stands for Europe, Middle East, Africa, not ASIA.  Incidentally you still haven't stopped SHOUTING in your replies!

I am not using all caps so I am not shouting.   Support escalation for non USA countries is handled by Dell in that country. Not on this forum.
