Dell Image Folder 10 Gigabytes

I have a 80 gig hard drive and I also play video games on it, and as a result I'm constantly managing space. I downloaded TreeSize to help me manage and what I saw when I started browsing through my C:\ drive was that the Dell folder was fairly large; 11 gigabytes. I didn't pay much attention to those since I'm not much of a computer tech, and I didn't want to mess with key files. But today I went into it and I saw that the Images folder was taking up 10 gigabytes out of the 11.

What's in that file that requires so much space? Does dell really have 10 gigs worth of images on my PC?

Hi The_Silver_Nuke,

Welcome to Dell Community Forum.

By default, System Backups may consume up to 25% of the C: drive. This allocation may be modified through the "Settings" menu, but the allocation may never exceed 30% of the drive.

System Backups can be moved to another storage location if you desire. Simply open Dell DataSafe and edit the backup profile for your System Backups. When you select the location, select the new location where you would like all System Backups to be created. The application will automatically move all your System Backups to this new location. However, before you move any files from any locations, please go through the links provided and back up all relevant data to an external storage device.

The links mentioned below have information which may be useful in answering the queries you have:
