The video card driver may have this rotation option, so you would have to right click on the video card icon in the lower right systems tray if its there. Some drivers will have this and some need to be updated.

OR...

Windows XP.... Right click your desktop, click on Properties >click on Settings next > click on Advanced > next box, click on your video card on top. Now find monitor rotate settings.

Hi, I just found out the new. There is one of the choices of to switch from landscape to potrait as well from potrait back to landscape mode. I tried the ATI software called Catalyst version 6.6 and I use it for running the Radeon 7500 card. When you click with your mouse to the icon indicated ATI with red background, it will open to a page called monitor information as well other option to click to its several tabs. It will easily read with them setting up your choice of refresh rate up to 200MHz and down to 60MHz. The 200MHz refresh rate is design to be use for like 25 inches LCD and I am not sure. I set my to a 75 MHz for 15 inches PC screen. And by the way, it is plainly in seeing the word, "lanscape" with pull down menu so as to highlighted the word, " potrait " and click it that way it switch to the mode, "potrait". My Radeon 7500 is really a driver for running my PCI All In Wonder card since Radeon 7500 is AGP.
To all the others in the Dell Communication Forum, I read and it stated to run the HDTV it can use the resolution 800 x 600 for the tuner to act as video in program to watch. I use to say the TV in resolution 640 x 480 is the option and that it was only way to watch TV out of PC with old tuner card since when switching to 1024 x 768 will cause the TV from showing any show so it is from my past experience. But that has change, now, it can be watch in resolution 800 x 600 and when the Radeon AIW is switch to 1156 x 864 it will show just display in color and not include TV window.
