Dell Opitplex 740 Small Form Factor. Bought a new video card and it doesn't fit.

I own a Dell Optiplex 740 Small Form Factor PC and the new video card I bought is a MSI Radeon HD 7790. I am thinking of solutions to this problem and it goes in two directions. Return the card and find a better card for the PC or Find a new case that can work for the video card and PC all together. I have a cousin who is great and installing hardware into cases, but I would need to know what is a good case. Is it possible for a ATX mid-tower or a Micro-ATX Mini Tower case to hold the hardware that is in a Dell Optiplex 740 Small form factor?

Keep the card and get rid of the 740 and buy a Precsion 380 and new power supply. The card will not fit even with a new case because the video slot is only 1 card wide.
