Dell Optiplex 755 SFF Video Card Upgrade 2015
Dear readers.
I'm going to buy my first Dell computer, which is a Dell Optiplex 755 Small Form Factor. It has a Core 2 Quad q6600 CPU in it, with 2 gigs of ram, and a 275w psu. I've got a Nvidia Geforce GT220 Video card, which is a low profile video card, it can consume maximum of 58 W, and this video card requires minimum of 300 W to work properly w/o problems. Will it work with this psu?
Link to the video card: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-220/specifications
Thanks!

The 2400XT is very obsolete and woefully underpowered. You're much better off with the likes of a Sapphire 6450, which can be had for $43 postpaid from Newegg.

If the heatsink is too large it wont fit in the case.
The Dell X399D looks like this.

Thanks for your advice. Unfortunately my ASUS ENGT220 couldn't fit in my case, so i had to sell it. I'm going to buy an Ati Radeon HD 2400 XT, because im not planning to do some 'hardcore' gaming and other stuffs, so it may be good for my requirements. Anyways, i have checked a few topics, about this Small Form Factor devision, and everybody is complaining about the GPU limitations.I'm planning to get a HD 7750 LP, or a HD 6670 LP in the future. Will it work? Especially the HD 6670?
My Currenct Configuration:
Core 2 Quad Q6600
150GB HDD
NO ODD.
INTEL GMA3100 (will get that HD 2400 XT in this week)
1x2GB Kingmax RAM
Also, is it possible to use two 3,5 inches HDDs in my case? I've seen that, there is a big free place under the ODD rack, so i've managed that i could put a secondary HDD under it. Is it possible?
Thanks.

Alright, i've changed my mind, im going to buy a HD 6450, hope it will work fine. What do you guys think about this configuration?
Q6600
8GB RAM
HD 6450
1TB HDD
120GB SSD?
May i be able to use some video/picture editings programs without any problems? e.g Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D? Thanks!
Oh and also, im really grateful for all of your comments. :)

Photoshop 2014 requires 512mb of video memory and 1gb is recommended, so the Sapphire should be a good fit. (It has the recommend memory.) After Effects and Cinema 4D both recommends a modern video card, as well.
The rest of your specifications should be adequate.
