Dell Precision 690 loud continuous beeps.

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I havent scrolled through all of the 100,000+ Posts for this, but my 690 has just had the front I/O board replaced, and the cables that go with it. Well after a couple of updates and restarts, it now has this very loud continuous beeping that is either coming from my RAID controller or my MSI video card, can someone please advise on this.

Steps I have completed:

o Removed both the video card and RAID controller and wiped pins with alcohol wipe and re-seated.

o Removed BIOS battery and wiped clean.

o checked power to my cables using volt-meter

Is it a beep code, for example, like: one beep, a burst of three beeps, and then one beep, that repeats? Beep codes are listed starting on page 33 in the manual.

Have you checked that the cable from new front I/0 panel is correctly connected at both ends? And it is the right front panel for the 690..?

The beeps are coming from around the back end of the machine, where my video card and RAID controller are

Just 1 loud beep that lasts about 2 seconds then stops for a sec and continues on and on and on until I power down.

That just may be where there's a speaker...

One beep isn't a "standard" beep code. And 1-1-1 isn't listed code.

Check color of the 4 diagnostic LEDs and power button on the front panel when it beeps and look up codes in the manual.

Carefully reseat all RAM modules and PCI cards in their slots, and reseat all cable connections...
