Dell Precision Rack 7910 Firmware Update

Hi 

So Im trying to deploy the OS on the above dell server via the LifeCycle Controller and it gives me the following error message.

" Unable to retrieve the list of supported operating systems.(SW0015)"

'Recommended Action :

Update the system with the latest LifeCycyle Controller OS Driver Pack.Obtain the OS Driver Pack from the service Provider."

So when i try to update the whole LifeCycle Controller via the FTP server it it fails by the Network Test. The following error message is displayed:

" Network Connection Test Failed.

DNS IP : xx:xxx.100x254 : Packets:Sent = 4, Received = 4, Loss 0%

Any Help would be appreciated.
