Dell Precision T7500 - Run without video card?

I'm about to pickup a T7500 and use it primarily for Hyper-V virtualization purposes. It will be stored in my basement without a monitor so I'll be connecting to the workstation terminal and it's hosted VM's over RDP. Given the above usage, am I able to run the T7500 without the video card or with it disabled? I will never be logging in to the main terminal on the machine so there is no need for me to waste energy using the Quadro 4000.
