Dell Support Drivers and Downloads - OptiPlex 960

Sorry, I did not answer completely -- no, I am not trying to insert a different service tag number.  I need the drivers for a Dell OptiPlex 960 desktop, svc tag Service tag removed per privacy policy>, running Windows 7 64-bit.  Thank you.

Yes, that link is for that specific service tag number.  I cannot get to the list where I can download the drivers from that page or the drill down by product number page, either.  It takes me back to the same page, which is the link I sent.  I have never had this problem before. 

I do not understand the problem. The page you sent linked is for that specific service tag number? Are you trying to insert a different service tag number?

It just now started working.  I guess the problem was on Dell's website.  Thank for your reply.

Thank you for your reply, but I am able to see the original configuration and other info.  The two choices in the box entitled, "Get updates for your specific system.", which are System Analysis or Service Tag, were not responding at all.  I tried them on two different systems.  It is now working so I guess the problem was on Dell's end.

OK, just now I am able to see all available update for the product model, but the box with Get updates for your specific system, with two boxes:  System Analysis or Service Tag, is not working with either selection.

Nothing happens if I click on either box.
