Dell Support not recognizing service tag?
Dell support will not recognize my 755 USFF service tag number? keeps saying we don't recognize service tag number. i know it is the right number it is all over the back of computer.

The Dell service tag number is 7 digits, not eight. What is the express service code? I can use that to cross reference the service tag. Boot into the bios and verify the service tag number.
