Dell System Configuration

Why does Dell System Configuration scan my video card (ELSA Gladiac 511; nVidia GeForce2 MX 400, 32 MB) as having only 4 KB(?!?) of ram when it physically has 32MB on the card??

The Dell System Configuration may not read non-factory-installed components accurately, as not every third-party product can be accounted for. However, the video card may have a splash screen during boot that confirms the amount of onboard memory.

Yeah, it does have a screen during boot that says it has 32.0 MB onboard memory. I was just curious as to why the system configuration didn't detect it as such.

Thanks,
