Dell Using Non Proprietary PSU?!

I would like to upgrade the PSU in my dell 2350 because i am afraid that i will not handle two hard drives and an extra video card. the one that i would like to buy is this:

I have heard that dell does not use proprietary PSU And that to replace it i would have to buy a silencer Brand??

So my Quesiton for you is will the thermaltake from newegg work? because i dont want to have to pay another 70 dollars!!

I did not want dual monitors, the onboard video died :-(

just a question... why would you want to run 2 video cards on this computer?

Because the D-2350 has an open back, you can use most generic standard ATX PSU, with or without, the on/off switch.
Yes, the PSU, shown here should be fine,

The 2350 uses a standard generic ATX power supply. Because the case has an open back, you can buy a power supply with or without the on/off switch so pretty much any old thing down at CompUSA will work.
 
The proprietary PSUs went out years ago, but people like to relive the memory.
