Hello, I have a Dell Vostro 430 with the Dell Product Number of 54KM3. I was wondering if the i3-540 is supported by the board. Thanks.

Yes, the i3 540 is supported by the Vostro 430.
Prior to installing the processor, check that BIOS Version 2.4.0 is installed, when updated support for processors was added.
