Dell Webcam Driver for Studio XPS
Hi I purchased a studio XPS desktop (4 years old thereabouts) a while ago that is now out of warranty. My OS failed on my last week and when trying to wind it back or install backups all I got were errors so I had to reinstall factory settings - no idea what was wrong as everything seems to be checking out fine.
Problem....
This meant no webcam (one is installed in my dell monitor which was working fine.. or at least when I last used it about a year ago). I found the software that came with it and installed but its telling me the webcam is not supported (asking me to plug one in.)
I went to the driver and download section but I can't find what I need to install to get it working.
Is there a new version of webcam central that I need to download - or do what drivers do I download. I did a system check and it said I didn't need any which I found surprising.
