Dell XPS 420 Video Card Upgrade

Moving to Win 7 since Vista is no longer supported. I want to upgrade the video card when I do this. I need some recommendations on cards that will work. I found a Sapphire HD 7770 (OC) since the HD 7750 is way to hard to find new. I'm hoping someone can recommend a good card for streaming video and tv viewing. We don't use this computer for gaming. The XPS 420 is connected to a BenQ projector that is HD and is 3D ready. Here are the specs on what is currently in the box.

System Summary (DELL XPS 420)

Greetings BC2010,

I know I’m a little late here but I saw your post and found the below card:

What do you think? It doesn’t have S-video out. I’m assuming all your display devices can do HDMI.
