Dell XPS 8700. PCI Simple Communications Controller & SM Bus Controller.

I have been having problems with my usb plugs where after a period of time all of them would shut off and not work until I restart my computer but then it was just another period of time. It was like a endless loophole for me. And not to say it got quite annoying when I was playing games. Anyhow if you could please provide me with a link to download the driver. Thanks
