Dell inspiron 3847 cpu upgrade?

So, i just bought this great machine, and everything is working just fine, but i was wondering,

Which Intel cpus does my dell computer supports?

I was specially thinking of upgrading to an Intel Core i5 4590 (right now i have an intel core i3 4150)

can i upgrade without problems?

i am still using the original PSU from dell

believe it or not, my dell came with the i3-4150

I have checked since last year, and just recently they started using the new released processors. My local store ordered this dell in october-november 2014

But returnig to my question, those processors that you have listed, do they work with my dell desktop computer?

KR2TG Haswell i5-4570 (3.20GHz, 86W, 4C, LGA)
F3VXR Haswell i5-4440 (3.10GHz, 95W, L, C0)
P5FJT Haswell i3-4130 (3.40GHz, 65W, L)
5RY21 Pentium G3220 (3.10GHz, 65W)
HKGVH Pentium G1820 (2.70GHz, 65W)

Just curious as to how things worked with the upgrade to I7-4790K?

Went ok. I bought this specifc one:

www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369

The one issue I did have is that I could not seem to install the cpu with the fan that was included with the cpu, despite my best attempts but I was able to just use the fan that was with my old processor. I had to scrape off the heat dissipating paste (I forget what it's called) and use it for the new processor. I had to monitor the temperature for a while afterwards to make sure it worked ok and it has been fine for the past 7 months.
