Dell inspiron 3847 liquid cooling
I recently swapped my dell inspiron 3847's case for a cooler master storm stryker. Everything works perfectly. Now im looking to add liquid cooling to my pc. Can i do this?

I don't see why not, you would just remove the cpu fan and install the liquid cooling hub. In my opinion I don't see why you would need to as the CPU is not overclock able and your case appears to be big enough to allow for more then adequate airflow.

If you remove the Dell OEM CPU fan, you may get a "Fan failure, press F1...." every time you boot.
Dell BIOS reads a sensor in the CPU fan and if it doesn't see that sensor, it going to give the fan error message.

But if i replace the 4 pin cpu fan with the 4 pin fan on the radiator from the liquid cooler. The message wont be there as the motherboard will think that everything is as normal

Unlikely because most/all non-Dell fans don't have the sensor that BIOS wants to read, even if the new fan is connected to the 4 pin connector or not...
