Dell online storage

Hi, I bought a new Dell desktop and got online storage. However last night I tried to backup my quicken (accounting file) to it and it didn't seem to work. I tried saving the quicken file to a couple of other locations such as documents and desktop but it still wouldn't store them. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
