Dell precision t3500 problem boot code light 1 and 2

I have a Dell T3500 which doesn't post boot the green lights on boot are 1 and 2 which the manual suggests is a "Possible system resource configuration error" . The t3500 was working fine until a week ago when it stopped mid session. searching the web I found this link on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZISzIk0vKZY which visually is the same as I get. given I cant boot, any suggestions how I can reconfigure my system and resolve my issue.
