Dell system restore not working

Hi,
    I have a dimension 9200 and I want to perform a System Restore. When I turn on the computer, I press Ctrl+F11 but nothing happen... I haven't modifyed hard disk partitions....

Try it again ( a couple more times ) as soon as the Dell splash screen appears.  Also, if you're still using the original factory image and if your system can be booted to desktop, I believe there is a "Dell System Restore" entry in your start/programs menu where you may be able to initiate a restore from within Windows (never tried this method, but I've seen the entry.)

I've already used the search function. Ctrl+F11 doesn't work, I don't have "dell factory restore" on start menu, for the link to the other topic, I don't have floppy drive and the link for the bootable cd rom is broken....
 
If it help I'm running Vista

Why didn't you say you're running Vista in the first place? :(

For Dell systems running Vista, PC Restore is on the F8 menu along with Safe Mode etc.
Ctrl-F11 does nothing on Vista machines, as you've so aptly demonstrated. ;)
