Dell u2415 USB port and iTunes

I just connected my new Dell U2415 monitor to my Vostro PC via HDMI. When I used my old monitor ITunes would start automatically upon connecting my iPhone 6 via USB. That is not happening with the Dell U2415. The USB is active but iTunes is not automatically starting.

Any help would be appreciated.
