Dell won't remember Login

I have been able to auto login forever. That is until I used Nuts and Bolts Disk Tune, Reorder + Unfragment, manually deleted all my cookies and history files a few days ago. I don't know what I've changed and it dosen't effect any other login I use. Just Dell's. I can login manualy each time without any problems and I click save password each time and I never use logout but each time I reenter the Dell Support I have to login. I have thought about re-registering but how do I delete my current name and password because I don't want to use another and I don't want the error message that someone else already is using that login. I know it's not a big deal, but not knowing how to correct this is bothering me. I have looked into the Control Panel, Password, but I didn't assign a user and I didn't assign a Windows Password. But I didn't need it before?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Jim: It's either a 'feature' or bug of the 'new and improved' forum. If you bounce over to the 'User Comments - Issues about the forum ONLY!" conference you'll see a lot of conversation about this and 'other' new features...

I've never gone to that room before (actually I didn't know it existed.) I feel better that I'm not the only one and that I don't think I've done anything wrong.
Thanks again.
