Hello, I have a Dell E521 with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor wiht 2.10 ghz on Windows 10. Is there any way I can improve the performance for gaming?

Sell the E521 and get a Precision T3500.

The athlon system will always be very slow and your ram is very limited as is your power supply.
The T3500 has a much better DDR3 configuration that can use up to 24 gigs of ram and has 2 6 pin aux video power connections.
