Dimension XPS freezes on boot up

Question

I run Windows XP on Dimension XPS T500, and I have problem with boot up. When PC started for the first time it boots fine, but if I need restart it a few minutes later it will freeze on Dell logo. After 20-25 minutes it will start normally. Have anyone had similar problem? I used Dell diagnostic utility and it did not find anything wrong (all tests were OK). Thanks.

Replace the CMOS battery.

I would suggest , do a dish clean up, from system tools ,then delete all your cookies , and then defrag .see if that helps

Well, I formated my HD and did clean install of XP pro. Problem is still here. Thanks.

Ok I should of asked this before ,how much memory do you have on that t500? What is the profile of your computer? it would help to solve your problem.
