Display problem I think it's a resolution issue, really need some help

Question

I'm using Floorplanner.com to create real estate floor plans for my wife's website.  Recently the 3D display started showing the floorplan display with horrible graphic resolution.  I have 2 identical Dell desktops and both of them are displaying badly, but all of my other desktops and laptops are working fine.  Other than that the 2 machines are were each $1K, and my main video tools I'm equally worried that a costumer's desktop might display the 3D floor plan bad.   I let Dell and Windows do their updates as required and have not installed any hardware updates to either desktop since purchased although this problem seems to be unique to my 2 desktops.   I've attached jpeg's hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. Steve Grider.

* Specific Dell desktop models?
* Operating system installed in both?
* Specific video card installed in both?
* Specific monitor models attached to both computers?
