Drivers for Dimension B110

I downloaded Sp3 for XP and now I get the blue screen of death with anything plugged into the USB ports. If I use a PS2 mouse and keyboard I can boot, then if I try to plug in a USB device I get the blue screen. I think I need the USB drivers, do I need the controller drivers also? And, how do I know which drivers I need? Thanks

If the above mentioned steps do not work, open Device Manager and expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers and uninstall all USB root hubs and restart the system. (Right click on My computer - Properties - Hardware - Device Manager)

Hi mosesmom,

Welcome to the Community.

Please install the Chipset drivers using this link:

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

Check if the same USB device works fine on a different system.

Kindly reply with the results.
