Dual Display Maximize Problem - FX1300

After setting up the dual displays through the nvidia wizard I'm having a problem with a particular application.  Globecaster a vidio mixing system when opend automaticly maximizes across both screens.  Unlike most programs it doesn't maximize on one display.  It doesn't have the option to 'restore down' like most.  Does anyone know of a setting or way to get this to maximize on just one screen?  I've download the most recent drivers and hit up their support with no luck.
