E773c Monitor settings menu keeps appearing by itself

Question

Hello, On my newer Dell computer (Dimension 4600 desktop), the settings menu keeps appearing on my monitor. If I close it, it just comes back on. The monitor from my older Dell, E770s works fine when I substitute it. Does this thing need to be replaced?
