Error Installing ikernel.exe (0X10000)

I am trying to get my keyboard hot keys to work but I am having no luck at all.:smileysad:  I have a Dell Keyboard with 7 hot keys and the sleep button running through a Precision 340 / Win2k machine. I tried the 5695W Enhanced Performance Keyboard (USB) has 7 programmable hotkeys download. All I get is a "error installing ikernel.exe (0X10000)" message.
