Error code 000000ea and Moniter turning off sometimes when I turn computer on

Since I download the newest catalyst drivers over a month ago, I have been getting major problems.

Sometimes when I turn on my computer/moniter the computer turns on but the moniter acts likes the computer isnt on, meaning no light goes on inside the moniter.

It never has frozen ever not much more frequently.

When I get my computer back to the desktop it says windows has recovered from a serious error. With the error code of 000000ea.

I called DELL they instructed me to delete my drivers in Safe mode deleted folders uninstalled the catalst drivers then it was fine.

No problems until, I stupidly needed to download the newest newest version of ati's radeon 9800 PRO card that I have to fix one of my games errors.

Now I got the same problem.

Did exactly what the tech said but same errors and whatnought.

The whole problem is a corrupted driver.

From Microsoft:

This issue can occur when the display driver is caught in an infinite loop, typically waiting for the video hardware to become idle. This usually indicates a problem with the video hardware or with the display driver not being able to program the hardware correctly.

But still I need to fix this.

What Iam asking you all to help me with this problem, for you to give your input and I ask you for a total deletion of my ati or dell display drivers so I can start a new with the ones in the dell resource cd or the ones online.

At any time did you try a system restore to a point before you installed the drivers?  Also, were you having problems with the old set that you needed to update the drivers?

Do you have a different card laying around that you can put in your computer?  Try that card to see if you are getting the same error message.  If not, put the Radeon back in and reinstall the drivers.  Please answer my other questions.
