GX110 upgrade memory/cpu

Hello,
(NOOB) Bare with me.
1: I have a GX110 (733mhz) that I bought used 2yrs ago for one of my sons for xmas. I am under the understanding that this cpu is compatible with it (1000/256/133/1.75V SL52R) Is this correct?
2: Is there a certain bios version I should install for this chip?

I have purchased 2 sticks of KTD-OPGX1N/256 to max out the ram.
Last year he purchased a video card with his b-day money which lasted for about a month until the power supply started to give out. I then bought a power converter to use an after market power supply which is still running to this day. I recently tore it down to clean and reinstall fresh thermal paste on cpu. I like to do that annually.

I Have another son with the same scenario with GX100.
I have purchased a GX110 motherboard to install on this unit. I am to believe that the riser cards are the same.
3: Do all GX110's have the 810e chipset?

I am wanting to put the same cpu in this one as well. Except for video cards they will be matching units.
Thank you in advance for any input,
Dave
