Games in Win7 Home Premium

I have Win7 Pro and another computer has Home Premium. I can enable and play games on my Win Pro but am unable to get Games to display even after going to Programs and Features and checking the box to enable Games. I get the games screen and in the bottom left corner it indicates 50 items. 

What other circumstances might be influencing the difficulty to enable and play Games?
