Thank you for the quick response! I preformed system diagnostics and it found no problems. I'm not sure how to elaborate more other than that whenever I turn the computer on it attempts to boot from the recovery usb I made to do a system restore and at the very end it fails and that error code comes up. Windows will not boot and the computer attempts to do the same thing again. When I first tried system restore windows was up and then it started this cycle of failing and error code.
This error code only suggests that certain boot manager files might be corrupt or missing ,hence I would ask you to elaborate more on the issue you are facing on this system so that we can determine the root cause of the issue .
Also confirm if you have had the chance to initiate on board diagnostics on the system by pressing the F12 key( To get to diagnostics restart the system and keep tapping the F12 Key ,once you enter the Boot menu select diagnostics )
Diagnostics will perform a thorough check on systems hardware and accordingly come up with an error code .Kindly make a note of the error code and reply to this post .
In this case I suspect certain files of recovery image seem to have gone corrupt ,hence would suggest you to use a fresh image for installation .Also I would ask you to confirm as to what was the initial issue with the system that you tried to create a recovery image and also advise if extended diagnostics have been initiated on the system ,if so what was the result of it .
My initial issues were computer being slow and not being able to install windows updates but I don't have the error code it gave me for that. I figured resetting the computer and then trying to fix these other issues would help me. How can I get a fresh installation image? I can give you my service tag of that will help.

Hi Brian,
In this case since the diagnostics passed without any errors it shows the systems hardware is working fine .
I would ask you to backup the data and then with help of OS media reinstall the os on the system.Thereby doing a fresh installation of OS .
If there are any more queries reply to this post .
Regards ,
