Hard Drive Error
My Dell Desktop is DELL XPS 8500.
I bought last 6months ago. Still under warranty . Warranty expires date is 2/19/2014.
Now i got problem as below, After checkup with dell checkup. No Sound.
Your PC Needs Attention 8/26/2013
Service Tag: [Amin Note: Service Tag Edited per TOU policy]
Express Service Code: [Admin Note: Express service code removed per privacy policy]
Warranty: Expires on 2/19/2014
Hard Drive- WDC WD10EALX-759BAL

Please do not put service tag and personal information on the forum.

SMRT Short Self Test Failed WHD16-420 error message, indicates the hard drive is failing, or has failed, as you have a Dell warranty in effect, you need to contact Dell's Technical Support for a replacement hard drive.
