Do a Google search for nLite. This software allows you to build a new ISO/CD that can include the SATA drivers so you don't have to figure out how to get a floppy drive working.

 

Another option is to get a USB floppy drive, connect it prior to powering up, boot to the CD and see if it'll accept the USB floppy drive as the source for the SATA drivers.

Sometimes a USB stick will work. I was able to flash the BIOS of my 220S using a combination of a bootable USB floppy and a 256mb USB stick.

I am surprised you need to install a special driver for that drive, though. It should install automatically.

I integrated the drivers into the Windows install and it worked perfectly.

The hard drive was recognized by Windows. It is partitioned and formatted properly and Windows XPP is functioning fine!
