I don't have answer but I have the exact same problem except mine came up when the computer was turned off and then turned back on. I ran diagnostics tool that is on my all in one inspiron 2300 touch screen and got error code 2000-0141 validation 23718 no hard drive detected call dellsupport. Like you I need some help. I'm checking a few other people and going to call dell Ill let you know what i find out. Let me know what you hear. I'll be back on tomorrow afternoon.  Hope its something we can fix.  Thanks, Terry
