Always include the version of Windows in your posts!

You probably didn't install the drivers in the correct order and/or didn't install some of them:

  1. Desktop System software
  2. Chipset driver
  3. Video driver
  4. Audio driver
  5. Network driver
  6. Other drivers

Unless #1 and #2 are installed as very first drivers, in that order, after loading Windows, other drivers may not install or may not work. If that's what happened, download both of them to your desktop and then reboot in Safe Mode. Install them in order, and reboot normally. If the other hardware still doesn't work correctly, reinstall their drivers again.

It's better to download the latest versions of the drivers directly from Dell because your CD is probably out of date.
