Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.
I think you should post this on the Software boards under Windows ME. You would probably get a better response there.

Hi
Suggest the following: This assumes you have powered down and unplugged the computer, and are using good ESD precautions.
1. Remove all cards from the PCI slots, if you havn't done so already.
2. Make sure your OS disk is clean with no bad scratches.
3. Make sure your memory is properly seated in its slot.
4. Make sure you have good connections at all the powered hardware, ie HD, CDROM, etc.
4. With only the video card installed, try again and see what happens.
Let us know what happened after this.
