Help! Windows fatal exeption 06

Ok, I need help. I was doing Maintenance wizard. when finished
with disk defragment, I got blue screen that said. Windows Fatal Exeption
06 has accurred @0000.000063

Ok, what does that mean?? How can I correct this problem?
I did a seperate scan disk for errors, and came up with a corrupted file.

I did a fix automatic. Thought that would do the trick. Not so!

I have windows 98. xpsr 450 mhz, Pentium II. 128MB,SDRAM Memory. I update my virus scan every week, along with windows update. I hope I have given you the
information you need to help me.

Please help me to figure out how to correct this problem. Where do I go? What do I do..?? I am not that good at the computer, so make your suggestions complete. (ok, take me by the hand and walk me through it step by step)

I would like to say THANK YOU in advance for all your help with this
problem. Oh! Please help!! Thanks, DJMM

Marvin,
Thanks for the reply..... I went to the link, that
you gave me. I do not think it is the one I need.?? Not sure?
But I will check it out in detail.

I do disable my Virus Scan when I do a Maintenance Wizard, along with
screen scan. and other programs running in the back ground.

I do have safe and sound, which I have no idea what that is? I think it is a
back up of c drive. So I thought it would replace my currupt file in Maintenance. Not sure if it did?? I think it did not!!

Ok, how do you replace a currupt file?? and from where?? How do I find the file I need.??

Thanks for your help.
