The AGP slot version of the 7600 GS card or the 7600 GT card may be what you are looking for, not only play that game, but others as well.  If for some reason you do not wish to spend over $ 100.00 for a better video card, than may I suggest the 6200 nVidia card, that is still better than the one you have, but not a barn burner, or a step up to the 6600 nVidia card.   Let us know what you are willing to spend.  The cards mention will in fact work with your system and the stock power supply, since many others have both the cards and power supply you have.

I was really hoping that I could just d/l something to fix this problem as I realy dont want to have to buy anything but if that is the only way to go then the less I have to spend the better.

Maybe I misunderstood your last posting about the Direct X 9 cause I already have that on my computer, did you mean I have to buy that thing to get directX 9?

nVidia 6200 cost about $40.00.  Not much to bring that system up to  DirectX 9.0c, and play that game some what well.

No, you don't buy it, its free, and some older cards do not have it, and others do ( The 6200 is direct x 9.0c ), and some systems have this, and others will have to download it from Microsofts web site.  Some games require this, so if your card supports Direct 9.0c and you have the latest direct 9.0c on the system,  you are OK, but since that card is very old, I don't think it is directx 9.0 capable.

System Requirements Operating System:  For the game to play...... Windows XP
CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 processor 1.4GHz
RAM: 256MB RAM
Hard Disk Space: 2.5GB
VIDEO: 64MB 32-bit NVIDIA GeForce 3 or equivalent DirectX 9-compatible video card
CPU: 16-bit DirectX 9-compatible sound card
CD: CD-ROM 8x

Other words, you need another current video card....6200 is the cheapest
