That doesn't show any repair history, it has been dropped and one corner is broke. I am getting no display you can tell the backlight is on. I tried the external vga to with the same result. So I am guessing it the motherboard video chip. I just had my personal 2020 replaced because of the video chip.

You can look this up online based on the "SERVICE TAG" which is also the serial number.
