How do I put Windows 7 on my new hard drive?

I want to put a new hard drive into my Dell computer, which has more capacity. Problem is, how do I get windows on it? Since I can only use my Windows 7 disk once. I heard I have to transfer the Windows 7 license? But I have no idea how to.

I just want to get windows onto my new hard drive. I have the Windows 7 Disk. Please explain to me if I even can get windows on my new hard drive. Thank you. Your answers are greatly appreciated. :)

The license is tied to the motherboard and not the hard drive. You can reinstall Windows on a new hard drive in the same system without purchasing a new license.
