How do you get through to Support?
Hi,
I've emailed Technical Support 2 times and Dell Customer Service 1 time in the past week and have not received a reply from either of them, I have emailed the UK support so I know I am not being answered because I emailed the USA by accident.
My laptop monitor is defective, it has developed a straight line of missing pixels from top to bottom on the right hand side, this laptop is only 4 months old and I am quite annoyed that support is just ignoring my messages since every time I email them I have to tell them step by step what I've done to arrive to the conclusion that the monitor is defective such as connecting it to an external monitor or testing the GPU.
Can someone please tell me how can I contact support by email ? Is any one else having a problem with them not responding ? I don't really want to call them as they have an 0845 number and I'm just a student on rented accomodation so I don't have a landline.
