How to FIX Critical Process Died
A few weeks ago I turned on my PC, a Inspiron 660 ( windows 8.1) that I got over a year ago and had NO isues with! Now during start up the dell splash comes up then blue screen and and the bottom "Critical Process Died if you want more info go to the internet" I kind of giggled at the " go to internet" as how am I to do that if my PC is down!! LOL ANY HOW, got on line with my laptop tried everything I could find and NOTHING is working!! It just keeps looping!!! Restart after restart!!! HELP!!!!!!

Gee, it's 2017 and I'm having the exact same problem. I love how they tell you to go online to see how to fix the problem when you can't even bring up the desktop.

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts. Otherwise nobody can help...
