I don't really understand your answer: I wasn't assuming there was one disk for all models. It's just that when I tried in the past I was told my computer was no longer supported and it would cost $59 to talk to someone. All I want to do is make this computer usable to anyone I might donate it to. It doesn't seem usable now without the driver disk.
\I don't know how to look up what I need with the service tag number because that doesn't seem to be the model number. When I do a search on that number, nothing comes up.
And I have no idea what ISO is. Sorry to not be computer savvy, but not everyone is!
Before you spend time on downloading drivers, run the pre boot diagnostics to check the old hardware. It might not be worth donating and better to recycle it at Good Will. Really old computers over 10 years old are not worth donating.
BTW, most computers that have not been used for a long time need a $2 cmos battery replacement.
Thanks. That's actually what I was wondering. With technology changing so much, no one might even want this kind of computer any more. I think it's about 9 years old.

There is no such thing as one disk for all os all models.
There is also no such thing as downloading an iso of this disk.
Drivers for most models are at
