I have a Dell Laser mouse, model M-UAV-DEL8. No screws on mouse. How do I open? The scroll wheel stopped working - I think/hope its just dirty...

Best you might be able to do is spray some canned air into/around the scroll wheel. Mice aren't expensive and are "expendable".
BTW: Have you checked Windows settings to make sure the scroll wheel hasn't been disabled or set to some other function?

There will be as few as 1 or 2 screws or as many as 6 depending on when it was made.
They are hidden under the pads on the bottom.
