I am getting a message "runtime error has occurred,...

I am getting a message "runtime error has occurred, do you wish to debug"? Line 1 error. When I check on yes I get the message " an exception runtime error has occurred in script. However no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception. Unable to JIT debug. Another tech support person helped me get rid of another message which was error 339 via phone and some other small issues. Now I am getting this runtime error as well. What can I do to get rid of this error message?  Thank you
 
Also, after the support person helped me my homepage seems to have changed to the American Dell Myway page. I would like to have the Canadian myway Dell page back for the news and weather. However I can't seem to get it back. Any suggestions?  Again Thanks  Jenny

Your problem is not a BIOS problem, this forum section. 
 
The runtime error could be the internet site your are accessing, but you haven't really defined what you were accessing or running so I'm just guessing.  But, the appropriate Operating System Forum section would be a better place to post.  e.g. if you have Windows XP then post in the Software/Windows XP section. 
 
I have no info on how to access Dell Canada, sorry.
