I get remote proceedure call and system shuts down.
I have scanned for blaster worm....I don't detect any...I have settings for rpc set to take no action. I have xp media center fully updated with sp3.. any sugestions

someone or a program most likely sent a command to shutdown your computer
go to run and type in
shutdown -r
and see if that is similar to what you just sawchronman
